LCA is starting a new initiative to raise funds for hydrilla eradication. If you are not familiar with this invasive species, in the late 70's early 80's it made most of the lake unusable. Currently there are over 200 acres covered and it expands rapidly.

The Lake Conroe Association works to improve Lake Conroe for everyone - residents, businesses, and all those affected by the water quality of the lake.

The LCA is a 501c3 non-profit organization fully funded from donors who care about Lake Conroe. We began over 40 years ago with a goal to solve the hydrilla problem on the lake. Since then, we've expanded our mission to every aspect of Lake Conroe.
